Installing an electrical panel involves more than placing a cabinet and connecting cables. Heavy incoming supplies, proper earthing and correct protection settings all affect safety. We treat installation as skilled work and send experienced technicians to do it.
Planning begins with the location. The panel needs a level base, adequate ventilation, clear access in front and, ideally, protection from water and dust. If the intended spot is poor, we tell you before work starts and suggest alternatives.
Our team handles cable laying, lugging, termination and dressing. Power cables are crimped with proper tools, tightened to the right torque and supported so their weight does not pull on terminals. Loose lugs are behind many electrical fires, so we take this step seriously.
Level base, ventilation and proper front access.
Correct tools and torque on every termination.
Earth resistance measured where required.
As-built drawings match what is on site.
Earthing is checked carefully, and we measure earth resistance where required. After that, insulation tests are performed on cables and busbars before energising. Protection devices are set according to the load and confirmed with a functional check.
We install panels supplied by us as well as those bought elsewhere. Once the job is done, we mark up drawings with any changes and provide them to you, so your records match what is actually on site.
Yes. We perform insulation resistance checks and confirm protection settings before power is switched on.
Yes. We can disconnect, move, reconnect and test it, planning the work to limit downtime.
Whether you have a full drawing or only an idea, send it across. A short discussion now usually saves a lot of rework later.
