Control panels that keep motors and machines in line

Not every control panel needs a PLC. Plenty of machines run perfectly well on contactors, relays, timers and a few push buttons, and there is nothing outdated about that. At Shri Shyam Engineers we build both kinds, and we will tell you honestly which one your job needs.

The design begins with the load, whether that is a pump, conveyor, mixer or compressor. From there we work out cable sizes, protection devices and the control logic. Getting the ratings right at this stage prevents nuisance tripping and overheated terminals down the line.

Enclosure choice matters more than people expect. A panel sitting in a dry control room can use a light sheet-steel box, while one near a washing area may need a higher IP rating or even stainless steel. We ask where the panel will live before we suggest a cabinet.

Key Highlights

Relay or PLC, your call

We tell you which approach your job really needs.

Right-sized protection

Ratings are matched to the load to avoid nuisance tripping.

Enclosure matched to site

IP rating and material follow where the panel will live.

Tested before dispatch

Insulation, continuity and functional checks on every panel.

Neat wiring is not just cosmetic. Ferrules on every conductor, proper ducting and clear labelling let an electrician find a fault at two in the morning without the drawing in hand. Our technicians are trained to wire the way they would want to inherit a panel.

After assembly we carry out insulation checks, continuity tests and a functional run before dispatch. You receive the panel with its documentation, and if you need help at commissioning, our team can come along to see it through.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a PLC for my machine?

Not always. If the machine has a simple start-stop sequence, contactors and timers are often cheaper and easier to repair. We will tell you if a PLC would genuinely help.

Can you supply panels for outdoor use?

Yes. We can use higher IP-rated or stainless steel enclosures with canopies and proper sealing for outdoor installations.
